For the first two years in business I made almost NO PROFIT!
How naive I was!
Running a studio is expensive. It costs a lot just to keep the doors open, not to mention payroll, insurance, marketing and advertising costs, and whatever other payments you’re on the hook for.
And it seems like new payments are popping up all the time.
Not only that, but as my program started to grow, it became pretty obvious pretty quickly that my COSTS WERE ALSO GROWING!
This was going to be a battle. How was I going to EVER GET AHEAD? I was stuck on a hamster wheel.
I made a quantum leap when I realized that there were techniques I could use to significantly increase my tuition WITHOUT INCREASING MY COST OF DOING BUSINESS.

Today there is not a program at my studio that costs less than $149/month after the student has made a $199 down payment (no registration fees).
When I cracked that code I was able to double the tuition I was charging and, to my surprise, I actually ENROLLED MORE STUDENTS and the students I enrolled were more dedicated and ended up training for longer amounts of time. Our retention went up too!
