I've been a student of the instructional studio business model for a long time now. I opened my first studio in 1998. (Does that make me sound old or experienced?)

Because I've been paying such close attention to this industry for such a long time I was able to beat the odds and I've opened several financially successful studios since then. I still love being a studio owner and love to see the impact I have on my community today. It's the best business model I've found to have the most positive impact on your community, and still make a high six-figure income. I love it!

But, it's not all good news. Lots of dance studios fail, and they don't have to go out of business to fail.

I would rather be forced to go out of business than to end up a slave to a dance studio that took too much of my time, caused me to feel burned out and overwhelmed, and to constantly question my own decisions. It's not worth it!

I talk with dance studios all of the time that have 500 students, 700 students, or more that still aren't making any money, or are still chained to their businesses with no personal freedom.

Does that sound like success to you?

NO, that's a failing business! It's a failing life strategy!

"Lots of dance studios fail, and they don't have to go out of business to fail."

But don't worry. There is a way out. There is a way to avoid staying in a failing business, never improving, and never reaching the goals you set for yourself when you started this journey.

No matter what point you're at on the path to success you can make the changes necessary to super-charge your growth without adding an overwhelmingly large amount of work to your own personal schedule.

I'd love to talk to you about it. I'd love to show you how I'm doing it and how I've helped so many other studio owners to learn the exact steps necessary to build their own dream.
